Dress Code

It is the expectation that all JE scholars will follow the dress code policy every school day. Special exceptions to this policy will be sent home in advance. Administration has the final decision on dress code.

Tops:
Long or short sleeve tops must extend to the pants, shorts, or skirt. Tops should not reveal shoulders, stomach, or be torn revealing skin.
Scholars may wear collared shirts, t-shirts, JE shirts, printed tops, positive slogans or words

Bottoms:
All bottoms must be worn at the waist and should not reveal underwear. Skirts and shorts should be as long as the hand when placed by the side. Bottoms should not have holes or tears that reveal skin above the knee. Pajamas are not permitted.
Scholars may wear pants, slacks, jeans, shorts, skirts, skorts, and prints.

Outerwear:
Scholars may wear sweaters, light jackets, and hoodies, provided that the hood is not on. Scholars may wear religious coverings and headbands on their heads. However, no hats or bandanas are allowed.

Footwear:
Footwear should cover both the toes and the heels. Crocs and slides are not allowed.
